Nespresso's shipping has gone downhill. You used to receive your product within 1-3 business days after ordering. It now takes 10 days or longer to receive your order. Not worth it.
We bought the Nespresso machine late last year and the motor stopped working a month ago. We rang them and they collected it and took it back for repair to the UK. We have heard nothing back since, despite a number of phone calls to them! If they were a decent outfit, they would replace the machine, without question - they are a wealthy company- worth billions - and, after all, they paid George Clooney $40 million to promote their products! - which are inferior...(SHAME ON YOU GEORGE!). We have never come across warranty issues like before and we would definitely never recommend these machines to anyone now. As George W. Bush once tried but didn't succeed to say: "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me"

I got the nespresso Bertie Breville and what a disappointment it is. The coffee comes barley warm. I called Customer service who one of them told me to boil the water!! And another suggested to after making the coffee to but it in microwave!! I tried to contact Customer Service by email and it just frustrates me more. I wish if they spend money on getting this machine working like it should instead spending money on ads by famous actor!!
Horrible customer service. The reps have no idea what they are talking about. They send you in circles trying to figure 1 thing. When you call back to ask them to fix their error, they make another mistake and say there is nothing they can do. I swear working from home has made people lazy and dumb! Nespresso reps need to be retrained!

Endless wait on repairing my milk Forster. Mailed back to them on Mar.18, and still no updates. Called in 5 times and also required manager to call me, never received calls on anyone. They told you they created case for you and PROMISED will call you back, they just scam you, they don't care. If you bought the machine from Costco, and unluckily your machine broken, save your time, just return it. DON'T SEND TO THEM FOR REPAIR !!!!!
The issue that I have experienced was: Surprisingly, my Lattissima one machine broke down for no reason after a few months, and we called the club and told me that we did not have your Lattissima One Black, for replace and we able to send you another Lattissima Touch Silver, again, surprisingly, when we receive after a while, we opened when I opened it.
Surprise!, we saw that the machine was scratched and seemed to be used, so we returned it immediately, and called and request to send the same machine we had, they said you have to wait until the manager calls you, after waiting for about ten days, the manager didn't call us to resolve the issue, and from the beginning, about a month and a half, we do not have the machine and customer service or manager never take care same as dead to customer and respectful.
Nespresso is running a business but treating customers as disposable items. They are not giving customers alternatives on how to buy coffee pods. They claim they can fill orders and ship to customers in 3 to 5 day but takes them forever. I am very frustrated and looking of other machines which use coffee pods widely available on the market. A very bad business plan by limiting customers to one option.
Worst customer service EVER! More than 30 days without receiving my machine, but keep withdraw the subscription money from the credit card!! Several phone calls all assuring the next week everything will be resolved but nothing, no machine, no explanation, and worst no money returned. I ask a refund, and ask explicitly to be contacted about all this mess, but no one in Nespresso cares.
Better buy your pods and machine from AMAZON.
I have been using Nespresso Vertuo Plus Magimix machine for a year. I am very satisfied about the selection of coffee and also the quality of the coffee. I would like to highly recommend it.
To start the coffee is just ok. God help you if you need any support my machine worked for two weeks then quit. Spent an hour on the phone with someone who barley could speak English at the end it was determined that the machine was broken and needed to be repaired. They were shipping a box waited two weeks no box another 30 min on the phone trying to sort that out...................I can ramble for a while here but long story short I have spend over four hours on the phone and no resolve. They just don't care save yourself some aggravation and look at another coffee maker not worth it. I sent back their machine and will never support this company again.
I had the Nespresso Veturo and Aerocino frother machines for almost 2 years. Love the coffee. My favorites are Fortado, Odacio, Stormio (very bold), and Melozio.
Horrible customer service. They use couriers who routinely lose pkgs. When you call them, they don’t even bother to call the courier service. They make you wait 10 days. Every time they either send the wrong items or it doesn’t come and they don’t want to replace it. They use Covid as an excuse. Covid has been around a year — they should’ve adapted by now. This is my last nespresso machine. This is my 3rd in a year because they sent me a faulty one — I had it repaired twice. Then the replacement they sent me was faulty.
